Everything here is lack.luster from the top to the bottom. I had a whole wardrobe of clothing for my Dad to which had been lost and I keep being told that maybe he hid them somewhere. If you have a facility full of dementia patients, why would you leave anything where they can have access???? The rooms, the bedding, the food, he may as well be homeless. My Dad does not receive proper bathing, mismatched socks even though I bought a new package.All the administrator does is take notes and makes promises....they just take your loved ones money and not take care of them properly!!! This place is very unorganized, unprofessional and ghetto. It needs to be investigated!!

My grandfather is placed in this facility. The staff the medical attention and constant one on one attention that is given to him is more than greatly appreciated. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure his safety as well as my families knowledge of his current condition. Elizabeth Price and the director of nursing Rosie Normand have provided above excellent accommodations for my grandfather. We are so great full for their constant attention in order to provide him with a safe and caring environment. I would give the staff here a +5 rating. They are truly concerned with the safety of their clients.
