We hired Fairfield Family Care, they take care of my mother. She broke her back, so she needs help getting up, going to the bathroom, light housekeeping, and food. They're cooking food for her. They come 7 days a week, 18 hours a day. It's excellent, the caregivers are great and nice. No issue with scheduling; they call way ahead and let us know. Price is a little high but I knew it was going to be, and unfortunately, no insurance covers homecare.

Hired this company to care for my elderly parents. Started out with a lady named [name removed] who talked all nice and sold me the world. I hired them and they sent the worst low life people, one after another. They would either show up late, not at all, slept when they were on nightshift, were rude to my parents, one lady told me that she she wasn't even getting paid minimum wage and I found out that they paid their people under the table. I finally demanded that [name removed] meet me to discuss. She is supposed to be the certified nurse/field supervisor. Well she showed up to my parent's house stinking of liquor and obviously drunk or high or whatever and she said that they are independent contractors. I called the owner , [name removed] who was another [removed] and tried to tell me that not putting these people on the books was acceptable and he had a "special license". My accountant said that there is no such thing and that if I were ever caught, that I would be responsible to pay the back payroll taxes. Every other agency that I spoke to has their caregivers on the payroll. and is legitamate.

They give her her medications every day, they cook her meals, they help her with any daily activities like gardening, and they've been doing some projects like rearranging closets and other things that she can't reach or get to. I would recommend them.

The owner is a scam artist. He hires anybody regardless of their background. We knew the caregiver was stealing money from my parents and the owner said it was impossible. We installed cameras and, finally caught her and he didn't want us to call police because he pays illegally and his reputation. His caregivers are not on the books, are paid less than minimum wage and no overtime. Then he tried to give us free service to bribe us to stay! Stay away from this company.

We hired Fairfield Family Care and they came in for hourly services and one week of in-home care. They assisted with cooking, cleaning, they helped with my dad and whatever else they needed to help with. The caregivers were pretty good and very friendly. They looked into my parents needs and helped out in any way they could, like laundry, taking my dad back and forth to his medical appointments, helping with late-night cooking, and chores.
