I find this community to be very inviting and charming. As a community based social worker, who goes to several facilities, ESL has happy residents, nice care staff, and a clean facility. The management team is professional, compassionate, dedicated and kind! They have a great selection of activities and outings. The level of attentiveness overall enhances the care and comfort provided. My patients I see here are so happy with the quick response call bell program and that their families can scan a QR code to see the daily results. This is impressive to me! Way to go, ESL!

This is a terrible place to work. I have visited a friend here on the 2nd floor I can hear how loud they are and the conversations they have about other employees. Many of the employees are rude and management don’t set a better example for the team. The ED doesn’t even greet you please stay away from this place. I over heard a few employees talk about how some of the med techs always mess up and it’s one who doesn’t give out all the meds on 3-11. I’m beginning to think Management don’t qualify as well. The HR boss is racist I over heard say some bad things about African American employees stay far away from this place when looking for a job. They always have a new DON and they all seem ghetto. Shut this place down even walking pass’s some of the residents and they smell so bad like they haven’t showered in days. It’s a lot of friendships and relationships here so they do whatever they want.
