Going to visit my grandma I noticed that they had a call light on one of the rooms we were in there for 30 minutes and they still never answered that call light. Going to visit my grandma I noticed that they had a call light on one of the rooms we were in there for 30 minutes and they still never answered that call light. Then they asked us what my grandma would like for lunch and because we were taking her out she just wanted fruit and crackers. They bring her lunch they have it circled on her menu that she wanted fruit crackers but all they bring her is a sandwich. The workers are lazy and neglectful. I would recommend putting your grandparents in any other home but this home.

I had a great experience at Eventide in Jamestown, ND! My mom was a resident there for some time and was treated with respect, dignity and compassion! She is looking into going back and says this is the best nursing home she has been to out of the others in Jamestown. I had an interview there today and would love to get a job there! Fingers crossed! The facility is clean and the staff are kind, helpful and respectful!
