These folks literally saved my life after a near total physical collapse. With a focused approach to rehabilitation and a supportive kitchen team, I was able to walk clear after 9 months. Today, 11 July, 2022, is 2nd anniversary of my "Graduation " from Envoy. My thanks to the staff and especially the staff in the kitchen who worked with me daily as a nutritional specialist. I miss playing the piano in the rec room.

I highly recommend taking your loved one elsewhere. The facility is not clean. Very outdated. My uncle was often ignored when he needed assistance, I even witnessed this. You will never be able to reach anyone in charge or the social worker, they do not return calls. The lack of communication between the facility and family is unacceptable. My Uncles belongings were constantly lost (and not everything was returned when he passed). I firmly believe my Uncle would be here today if they had actually cared.

This is the very worst facility I have ever seen . My dad has only been there about a month and a half ! And every single week , I''m sorry every two day''s someone has stolen his personal items ! The first time it happened I notified the staff . And the Social worker told me to make a list of the stolen items . And s he would replace them . The next day I called her to ask her if she had replaced them . And she says to me that after we left she saw some of the boxes in the trash I my dad''s room . A complete and utter lie ! The trash can was the very first thing my husband and I checked . Before we made the complaint! And every since then it has been one thing missing after another ! I am going to file a complaint with seven on your side ! Because these people have to be publicly exposed !
