I had a wonderful orientation and first week! The staff and management is always there to help very nice place to work.
My family member has been a long time resident. The staff have really taken care of her through very tough times. No situation is perfect, but she is very happy with her care. Thank you for your hard work!

My family member was at Envoy which was a very stressful decision for us to make. The staff made the transition so much easier. We always felt like they were very attentive and knew exactly what was needed. We got close with a few of the nurses and we realized very quickly we had made the best decision. Thank you so much for taking such good care - I can''t tell you how much it improved all of our quality of life.
Read moreMy mother was a resident here for a short period for rehab. Everyone was very nice including the staff that cleaned her room daily. Kiera in admissions was very professional and was sure to keep me up to speed on my mother''s needs. Jennifer Apple, Dan, Tammy and Ashley were also Great.
This place is by far the worst! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there. The ED is horrible she speaks to staff and patients harshly.
My husband was admitted to the facility for rehab. The nurses are very nice. They care about the residents and it shows. Kiera in admissions really helped a lot and made the experience easy.
