Short term stay for physical therapy was a nightmare. Pain medication never ordered or administered for 12-24 hours.

When going to the bathroom it would take hrs for a nurse to come in and help him to and from bathroom. The room he was in was gross, dirty, beds almost falling apart. We were sopost to pick him up Friday and then I got a call saying he had past. When I wanted answers I got none. Please do not take your loved ones to this place unless you don’t care about them. Unfortunately I found out the hardest way possible. Believe those bad reviews because they are true.
