We have had nothing but good experiences with Condor. My mother in law has done extremely well there! The staff does an excellent job keeping the family aware of any thing we need to know.
I never have any issues here! The staff is very super helpful!
They are very unprofessional, my dad went in with 25 pair of pants , 25 long sleeve shirts , 7 t shirts, 4 set of pajamas and now has 4 outfits. They don''t bathe him. There is no shower in his room for me to bathe him. They don''t give him his meds unless they feel like it. When I questioned them a...
They are very unprofessional, my dad went in with 25 pair of pants , 25 long sleeve shirts , 7 t shirts, 4 set of pajamas and now has 4 outfits. They don''t bathe him. There is no shower in his room for me to bathe him. They don''t give him his meds unless they feel like it. When I questioned them about it the nurse was very rude and told me when he could explain why he needed it then he could get it. I''m angry at this point they 1446.00 dollars a month plus he has Medicaid and Medicare that pays for all his meds and stay to be treated like this. They are taking what I bring to him and locking it up so he has to ask or beg for it. No!! The head of staff acts like they are unaware of these issues which I know they are not. Please if you care for your loved one do not allow them to go this place. Needless to say my dad will never go back to a place like this ever again.

Only good things to say about Condor. All of the administration staff as well as the CNA''s and nurses are awesome. Due to Covid, we can''t visit our loved one. However, they let us window visit and bring gifts. They also let us call and check on our loved one anytime and let us speak to her when possible. Every staff member always goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Thank you all for everything you do!
