My mom was placed at Elderwood of Hornell per my request. They had room and we have had a complicated last 10 weeks. However, she thrives when she is there. Her aides, her nurse, the doctor, they have been so attentive. I am a very involved daughter and I ask a lot of questions. All have been answered and with kindness. The activities schedule is full of opportunities. Each resident needs to advocate for themselves to go. The rehab team if PT and OT have become like family. I am so grateful

One aide one particular egged me on when I was all ready upset to call my daughter to come and get me at night. This same aide did the same thing to another patient. I also recie...

I also recieved a bill I told them I couldn''t pay. Billing was supposed to get back to me never did.
