One of the best facilities around for seniors who are in need of assistance and unable to safely live alone. Many employees across various departments have been employed here for 10, 20+ years. Several staff members over the years have had their own parents move in as residents. If that doesn''t tell you something. Finding an assisted living facility where the employees truly have a passion for working with seniors is hard to come by in this day and age. One of the best locations for sure. 5/5

This is a very nice place. The staff are very good to work with and responding to the family's questions. There was no follow up with the family specifically about the admittance and re-entering the community after rehab with our loved one. It would be nice to see a coordinator call the family to...

This is a very nice place. The staff are very good to work with and responding to the family's questions. There was no follow up with the family specifically about the admittance and re-entering the community after rehab with our loved one. It would be nice to see a coordinator call the family to ask follow up questions and be proactive with any changes. There are three meals a day offered, and our loved one seems to enjoy the meals. There are options if the resident doesn't care for the main option available they can choose another item available. The community is friendly and well maintained and clean.

My mother-in-law has moved into Elderwood Assisted Living at West Seneca. There were two main considerations. First, it was the closest to where my husband and I live. The second conderation was that they allow her to manage her own medications. The overall experience is very good. The facility itself is very nice, very well-kept, and clean. I think they do a great job. The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. They addressed any concerns that we had. They have a lot of things that a typical assisted living has. They have church services, bingo, cards, and physical fitness classes. They have entertainers come in, and they have a current events discussion group. There are quite a few things. My mother-in-law likes the food, too. They are not cheap, but they seem to be a little bit less expensive than some of the other places that did not offer quite as much.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a fine tour experience but unfortunately they would not be able to accept our loved one just due to the level of care they needed .
