I toured this facility unannounced. I had reservations about the location since I live in Okc. I was impressed with the therapy department right away. I was able to meet the director and she was friendly and informative. I observed speech and physical therapy working with residents. The staff was interacting with the residents and each other in a friendly helpful way. My visit being unplanned or scheduled showed me these interactions were genuine. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking skilled nursing or therapy services.

Our family member is at this location and the nurses and staff are wonderful. He loves it! He was transferred from a different facility in OKC and we are so thankful that he''s now at this nursing home.
These people are straight up lairs, and I wouldn''t leave a DOG in their care!!
This place killed my son he was doing better til he was transferred here.
