Wonderful place to work with fantastic families and residents. A homelike environment that makes it enjoyable to go to work everyday.
This is a building with very caring individuals. Their All Female Memory Care Neighborhood is a place I would look to place my family member.
If I could leave no stars, I would. We took a tour of this place and staff was so friendly, very clean and well kept place. Fast forward to almost 6 weeks later of being dragged along by the director of nursing, Ty, and her making an appointment to do an assessment of my family member which she did...
If I could leave no stars, I would. We took a tour of this place and staff was so friendly, very clean and well kept place. Fast forward to almost 6 weeks later of being dragged along by the director of nursing, Ty, and her making an appointment to do an assessment of my family member which she did not show up for nor did she call to cancel, I was told they won’t accept my family member. Keep in mind, I had to call 3 days following said appointment that she never showed up for, to be told they wouldn’t accept him. She never called to let anyone know. Also, they could not give a valid reason as to why they wouldn’t accept him, other than they couldn’t meet his needs. His need are occupational and speech therapy which when you are placed on hold it clearly says they offer those services. For someone who has such an important role in the facility, she is so unprofessional and rude. After getting the go around for weeks, I did get rude with her but I believe anybody would when their calls aren’t being returned and you aren’t being given any answers and it has been going on for weeks. So if you are wanting professionalism, I don’t recommend this place as the main person you are dealing with is everything but that.
