The loud golf carts that the employees use, make the place unlivable. unbearable, big mistake
My Mom is a resident and the staff, medical faculty, and administration do a very good job of her. Security is professional and attentive and I feel good they are around. Nicely maintained facility.

A very noisy place, the maintenance crew uses weird golf carts that produce wildly excessive noise, reminiscent of those found only in third-world countries. the real big problem is despite the countless complaints, the bad reviews, and the signed letters and petitions to ACTS corporate offices. the residents have gone completely ignored, they disturb the residents daily, creating a noisy racetrack like environment. these things literally can be heard over a mile away. that''s not a joke It really is something to see. swamp buggies is definitely not to be expected at a retirement community, and anyone who believes they are appropriate for this type of community should try to find another line of work.
