#Deathcamp No stars deserved. You had 1 job to do! ONE JOB! GET MY DAD WALKING AND SEND HIM HOME! Instead, you wanted to suck on Medicare as long as you could and put a DC date at 60 days! Are you out of your minds? It was a standard hip replacement surgery and the statistics on people ages 85-100 years old having this done, and/or knee replacements or orthos done, far outweigh your chances of still having your jobs in a year. My dad died because of these people. Sepsis, pneumonia, BED SORES the size of baseballs, 6 other wounds from who knows what, dehydration, UTI, brusing all over his arms, sores on his toes, incorrect medication given and/or NO medication given, anti-pschotics at night because why?, two nurses claimed " Oh, I hope we dont have to deal with this all night", while he was yelling for help one night, he sat in his own dirt for who knows how long, he couldn''t swallow after about 7 days of being here (and no his lymph nodes were not swollen, there was blockage found AFTER an attempt at a TEE test AFTER being readmitted to the hospital). Sure, the nurses are nice because they have to be, but they will lie to your face, the NP made her own rules and unless you actually demand that the doctor look at your loved one, I''m not sure he even sees them. It seemed he would rather entertain the nurses than do his job. No one checks charts. Wanna complain about taking vitals? You only had 34 beds filled out of the 54. Some licensure absolutely will be pulled. Your video in this page is a BIG FAT LIE! Maybe it used to be like that, but it sure as hell isn''t anymore! #karmaiscomingforyou

Book staff and do not PAY THEIR BILLS. All agencies stay away from this building. They are awful to work with.

My mom was a patient there a few months ago she was set to come home but passed away the day before. The care there was horrible. no low salt diet for cardiac patients, her O2 and her roomates O2 kept turning off (both were dependent) Twice they tried to give her the wrong persons meds, many times they tried to give her substitute meds because they didnt have her correct meds. Many days they skipped PT or even having her dress. Call lights went forever on weekends unanswered. I drove 45 minutes on a late saturday night because no one was answering call light and her o2 was not working again. Found staff esting . Management didnt nothing so yes I filed with IFPH I could go on and on with issues but do you really need to know more to make a decision not to send a loved one there.

I would like to sincerely thank some of the staff at East Banks… The nurse practitioner on staff Nicole was always on top of my mother Sally’s care. Two of her nurses Lindsey (xxoo) and Kristin (xxoo)who really understand that a patient with a major stroke need special attention and kindness. And always went the xtra mile to make sure my mother was good. CNAS Candi, (xxoo) Iris, Mosa, Isabelle, Alexandra and Charity we’re very caring to my mothers needs. And the girls in the Kitchen and Dining area were very understanding of my mothers dietary restrictions. Over all satisfied with her care, It seemed like for regular rehab were a patient is mobile it is a wonderful place to be but for patient that has had a major stroke and not mobile at all it was very Stressful at times. Thanks Cynthia
