Currently, my father is at Oaks at Stockbridge. It has been a learning experience. It's not quite what I expected. We've had our little issues. Nothing bad, but for instance, the person who takes his blood pressure every day, after one month we got a report to take to the doctor, and half of the readings would be in the 180/225 range. It was obvious that the person had no clue how to take blood pressure. They had no idea that that blood pressure was so far off pace they just recorded it, went on about it, and never called us to tell us our dad was dead with that blood pressure. They just wrote it down, gave him his medication, and went home. It also seems like they are extremely short-staffed, and that was not presented to us when we signed the lease. But the majority of the people there have been very nice. They're just short-staffed. The meals are good. But my father does not prefer dinner at 4:30, so the majority of the time he does not eat dinner there. That's just way too early. His room is fine though, and the common areas are nice, so I like those. When we were signing on, we were told there were different things on staff and an RN was just hired just yesterday or the day before, but there had not been any RN staff the entire time we were there. And some of the nicer people that are taking care of my dad, they're working 16-hour days. We were sold on this nice life/help button for them that would ring staff, but we've been there almost two months now, and we've changed that button out five times and they still can't find one that seems to work in the building. I don't understand that.

This has been a great experience for my mohter being from California all her life. {name removed] is truely a professional at making sure that we had the greatest transition ever. I truly chose Oak at StockBridge for its community and staff. Thank you again.
Awesome place !!! Definitely 5 ⭐️ stars. The staff are so gentle and supportive. Facility is clean and very “homie”. So happy we found The Oaks for our mom 💝
I come here as a vendor for Hospice and the staff is always so welcoming. The residents always look so happy while doing their events and walking around the facility

I really liked Oaks at Stockbridge. It was nice and clean. I liked the setting of it. I loved the memory care. I liked the fact that it was small and the medical staff was accessible. I liked the staff ratio of nurses to residents. The room we saw was empty, but it was clean and you can decorate it the way you want to. They provide three meals and snacks. They also had a garden setting outside. The lady that gave the tour was friendly, gave a lot of information, and gave a lot of options. She stayed in contact with me and that was good.
