From the day we registered my mother-in-law into Dulles Rehab Center we have had nothing less that impeccable service. At the time of registration [in the middle of COVID-19] they, in detail, explained their business operations which followed strict CDC guidelines. The standouts for their departments are definitely the Activities and Administration departments. My mother-in-law has several outings each month as well as facility weekly events. The administration department is very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We researched and checked out other rehab centers before deciding on Dulles. I would recommend Dulles Rehab to anyone who is looking for a health rehab facility for their loved one. TWO-THUMBS UP DULLES REHAB!!!!!!

I accidentally left my very expensive sunglasses in the bathroom and one of the employees took them and pretended she had no idea where they went. I was in the bathroom within sec. and she claimed she only restocked toilet paper and saw nothing else. Unbelievable, that people can be like this, no one else used the toilet after me. The supervisor did absolutely nothing about it other than oh well sorry.

"Donated" (stole or trashed) my mother''s personal property while she was in the icu (even her phone). They did not notify us. These people have no empathy.

Run Away, This place is horrible! Some nurses were terrible and neglectful, hiding the call button, not washing patients for weeks, not administering IV when needed and many more issues. Only a Few nurses were kind. Place is under staffed and disgraceful! No doctors until “evening” and they won’t call family, and don’t actually see or care for patients. I tried calling the PT dept, no answer and no call back, they are MIA as well. No way to contact a doctor! The nurses don’t know any medical information, if you’re lucky enough to catch one and most have such heavy accents I couldn’t communicate with most of them. Social workers are aware of situation, please shut this place down. Keep in mind you cannot visit patients. To visit patients you have to apply online and if you’re lucky to get in 1x a week you are limited to 30 min “due to COVID”. See many other reviews, with similar neglectful issues. Mngr does nothing and full of it.
