Focus Care in Hamilton turned out to be a wonderful fit for my elderly mother. She was apprehensive about entering a full care facility, which is fully understandable, but ended up really enjoying her time there. She loved the activities, the other residents and especially the staff. I was overseeing her care from afar, and felt very confident in the care she was receiving. My mother was treated kindly and with respect. All the activities and events kept her mind active and her spirits up. She made some wonderful friends and became very bonded to some of her caregivers. I loved that they often took small trips, had parties and daily activities like art and games and other social interactions. I also felt like the employees really got to know my mother and truly cared for her along with all the other people living there. If my mother ever shared any complaints or questions, I felt the administration and staff listened to my concerns and the issues were addressed. I especially like the upbeat attitude of the staff and administration and I think it helped bring up the energy of the residents. My mother passed last month. I really appreciated that Carrie, the director of the facility, attended the service. The fact that she also got up and spoke fondly of my mother, especially touched me. When placing a loved one in long term care, especially when it is paid for with government funds, there is a concern that the person might not be get the attention and care they might with private pay. Focus Care provided my mother comfort and compassion making her time there very special. I would not hesitate to recommend Focus Care to anyone looking for long term care. It was truly a positive experience for us.

The way the ownership was acts is amazing,Her employees leave fake reviews harassed me on social media and then she tries to blame it on the husband & Owns up to the business employee!
