This is a five star place for any senior. Chris and Brooke the site administrators are so gracious and kind. Shout out to Avis as well with her servant leader customer skills. They even help you connect with resources. One is Amanda! Dori was a great resource in helping transition my Mom from there to another facility. All around great care and compassion that far exceeds anywhere I have been. Thank you Dogwood and Amanda! Well done!

My mom and my stepdad moved into Holiday Dogwood Terrace. My mother passed away three weeks later, but my dad is still there and he's loving it. The apartment is huge. The terrace is nice. The people are very nice and they were able to accommodate me with the grief for my mom. It was touching. ...

My mom and my stepdad moved into Holiday Dogwood Terrace. My mother passed away three weeks later, but my dad is still there and he's loving it. The apartment is huge. The terrace is nice. The people are very nice and they were able to accommodate me with the grief for my mom. It was touching. They have a bus that takes them shopping. They take them out once a month for dinner. They take them for plays and stuff like that. They have someone who comes in and plays music, either the piano, or guitar, and someone who comes in to sing. They have tons of parties. They do Bridge, and they have a pool table. They have where some of the clients will come and sell stuff that they display in the lobby. They have cookouts. They do a wine thing every other day at 4:00 p.m. They have a chef that cooks and they have waitresses that wait on them. They have three meals a day. If you don't feel like eating in the dining room, they can deliver it to your room. You have access to any outside delivery if that's what you choose to have. They lock the doors at 7:30. You have to have a key to come in. Everyone's very friendly. I've noticed the staff work extra hours. They stay pretty late. They interact with everyone. You get to know them on a personal level. They have movie night every night at 7:00 p.m. They have a fitness room. They have a lady who does exercise with therapy. They also have someone who comes in and helps take care of them or be a companion for them. A lot of people use the same people in there at different times of the day. It kind of gets to be a unity and you get to know the person. We could sit outside in the front and they have rocking chairs. They have a recreation room where they have parties. They wore an alert, which was perfect because when my mom got sick, she was able to press the alert button, and the ambulance came and they took her straight to the hospital. It is close to my job. It's easy access for me to get to. I did eat breakfast there a couple of times. They feed him three meals a day. They have a menu that they send out for the week. Their food was decent. It wasn't home-cooking food, but it was OK. They're personable. It's very clean. The place just needs to be updated a little bit.

This past Saturday me and husband stopped by Dogwood Terrace at their fairy craft show, my in-laws were with us as well. Soon as we started walking up to the doors all the residents that were outside immediately started saying “good morning” & acknowledging the kiddos! We walked in and did some shopping at the craft show everyone around us was so friendly. One of the managers invited all of us over for a doughnut afterwards. While my in laws found some long lost friends and were chatting it up, me and my husband walked around the dining area and the 2nd floor for a while. It was so clean. When it’s time me and family are definitely going to go back Dogwood Terrace(I mean who doesn’t want ever have to worry about cooking a meal again?!)

I liked Holiday Dogwood Terrace and its location. The apartment I saw had a refrigerator, but there was not a lot of storage. You could bring your own microwave and coffee maker. I liked Holiday Dogwood Terrace and its location. The apartment I saw had a refrigerator, but there was not a lot of storage. You could bring your own microwave and coffee maker. Some units had balconies, and then there were some nice outdoor spaces. The staff who assisted me was nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a voucher to come back for a meal but I haven't taken advantage of it yet.
