Staff is WAY over worked and they don’t care about their employees. It’s horribly ran and needs new management. If they don’t have enough workers, they should hire more. Not over work employees until they are sick.
My mother in-law is very happy at Diversicare. She enjoys the staff, residents, food, and activities. I never thought she’d be happy leaving her home but she has made friends and enjoys living there. It gives us a great piece of mind knowing she’s being well cared for!
