86 yr old heart surgery patient sent to this facility for rehab. 10 days AFTER arrival finally seen by a PA. Referring surgeon was NOT notified of patients arrival and for 6 days they had NO Orders from surgeon re: treatment. 11 days after arrival they decided that patient needed evaluation by an ER because of a incision site failure to heal (due to their lack of attention). Patient is a retired nurse and as a nurse she knows how a patient should be attended to and she knows that she is being ignored!

Also Geraldine am LVN who practically didn''t want to assist me as my charge nurse and made my qst night on the job difficult. I live an hr away from the facility and came to help them out and I got treated like I was incompetent. I could of went home wen I 1st felt the rudeness from the RN. Both of these nurses are foreign and i don''t appreciate being treated like im not the American here idc what ur title is. Respect is earned and you guys rubbed me wrong when I entered. No hello, no thank you jus pure disrespect. This facility is off my booking list. Independent contractors don''t need that drama..we can work where we want and where we want.
