This facility uses integrity health group as a staffing agency For healthcare workers on days that they are shortstaffed. Integrity health group knowingly employs a multiple time convicted felon. from everything from forgery to theft to drug possession. Just a simple search on casenet Can confirm what I’m saying. Integrity is aware of her background and the fact that she is an active addiction and has access to a medication cart at every facility she goes to. She doesn’t only steal their medication though. She steals Their hygiene items as well. She’s got countless bottles of perfume And body spray from various facilities throughout St. Charles and St. Louis County that have residence names written, clearly across the bottom of them. She steals, trash bags, back pain, patches, as well as benzodiazepines and pain medication, she steals anything that she feels she wants every over-the-counter medication is well stocked in her home and it came from the medication room in facilities throughout the area. I directly contacted Delmar Gardens and gave them the employees name and they’re still employing her. They wouldn’t hire her on as a permanent employee because of her background years ago, now she’s there under a staffing agency but she’s stealing from the residence.

They say there is a beauty shop but good luck getting an appointment. I’ve been trying for 1 1/2 months to get a podiatrist to see her with no luck. Do not place your loved ones in this facility! My parents were in there just over a month. Gave my Dad the wrong medication and almost killed him. Understaffed and the place is unkept and filthy. Had to come and make sure my parents got their meals, otherwise they would probably just starve. My mom was crying in pain and the nurse wouldn’t even come and look at her. I had to go to the front office to get someone to check on her. My Dad ended up in the hospital and the case workers there said they never send anyone to Delmar Gardens and have had multiple problems with the doctor there. He is the one who put my Dad on the wrong medication. We moved them to a different facility.
