Horrible place to be employed and it’s an even worse place for a loved one to live in. Worked here for years and it gets worse by the day. Residents are neglected to full extent due to under staffing. People that work in offices sit around and watch it happen and refuse to help. 10/10 do not recom...
Horrible place to be employed and it’s an even worse place for a loved one to live in. Worked here for years and it gets worse by the day. Residents are neglected to full extent due to under staffing. People that work in offices sit around and watch it happen and refuse to help. 10/10 do not recommend. AWEFUL. Would recommend Mitchells BEFORE ever suggesting this place. the “social director” is not even qualified to do her job. She will over rate everything about the place just to lure you into thinking it’s a good place. The nurses don’t even make sure the residents take their medication.. the “restorative” aides do the bare minimum in making sure they keep mobility and don’t get contracted.. the little dietary this place does have doesn’t know what they are doing. The meals they serve half the time a dog wouldn’t eat. just all in all a horrible place to live and also to work.
