Since this facility has been under new management it has drastically improved. The management team is responsive and available to residents and family members, the building is beautifully renovated and CLEAN, and the residents seem so happy. I''m very thankful for Arcadia Care.
My mother has dementia and stays at this facility. I picked her up for thanksgiving and I was heart broken. At what I saw. Covid precautions were not being taken seriously, the front door was just unlocked. I was able to get lost down the wrong hall without even being questioned. My mother had a te...
My mother has dementia and stays at this facility. I picked her up for thanksgiving and I was heart broken. At what I saw. Covid precautions were not being taken seriously, the front door was just unlocked. I was able to get lost down the wrong hall without even being questioned. My mother had a television get stolen from her. She has fall accidents, probably because she is in a room that is clearly set up for two but they have 4 people bunked up in there. (In the middle of a pandemic) and she has to walk through beds and tables to get to the bathroom. Her nurse seemed to know her and her medications very well and the social worker was very familiar with her. Those thing are a plus. They were very clearly understaffed and there was a distant door alarm the seems like it’s just going all the time. The building is drab and very clearly in desperate need of repair. honestly, this is clearly an underfunded facility and no one should have to live like this. Do not send your loved ones here.
