Culpepper health and Rehab is a disappointing establishment. I''ve noticed that the administrator Candy Morrison is manipulating staff against each other, versus making sure patients are her number one priority. The manipulation consists of personal, racial, and gender related insults that will result into multiple lawsuits against the establishment. If corporate doesn''t step in and take action to these matters not only will the company suffer lack of staff, but also patient welfare. If the company don''t starts listening to the staff in relation to Mrs Morrison, using her position to harass and manipulate staff no one will want to work in that establishment at all. The company will loose good dedicated professional workers that strive in patient, and customer service.
