I feel I have talked and talked to a nurse about certain situations and have always been told the situations would be taken care of. To our dismay, they only get worse. The work ethics of these in this facility are zero. Those in charge may care but those beneath do not care. I feel I have to be there to make sure my loved one is being cared for in the way they should. We want to rest and be at peace knowing they are being cared for but being spooked by pure negligence has caused much grief!

My dad was in this facility for a little over 3 years and our experience was a good one. He wasn''t the most easy going person at times but the staff worked well beyond professionalism to accommodate and tolerate behaviors many times. Overall the staff took very good care of him. They got him through some health battles a number of times and continued to care for him beyond what is required. They even provided him with sandwiches and snacks to make sure he was never hungry, even if that meant staff paid for it. These people endure a lot of situations that most of us could not or would not and they do so without receiving any gratitude many times so I am very grateful to each and everyone there that I got to meet and know. I will miss you all and my weekly visits. I am very grateful to you all for going above and beyond each and every time whether he deserved it or not. So many people play a part in a place like this to form a team where all can perform their duties. A special Thank You to Linda Summerville for always "making it happen" so promptly!! A big Thank You to all of the staff on the front lines and to all that worked behind the scenes from laundry to cooking to janitor to maintenance and everyone near and in between. Thank you all for taking care of my dad!!

Been there many times to visit. The place is old and ugly. Barely any staff and the ones that are there don''t want to be there. Find someplace else.
My grandmother was once a patient here some years ago. She enjoyed her stay and was able to return a second time. All the staff were helpful and if there were any issues, it was handled timely. I thank Grenada Rehab for taking care of my Granny

I don''t have a family member there but just went in to handle some business but to my surprise it was clean smelled grate most nursing homes carry bad orders but this was new. Now on the other hand they do have a big big problem with the cna''s belittering the residents that they are to take care and discussing things that they shouldn''t be. Their jobs should be of taking care of them not only physical but also mentally...i feel that the director and owners should pay more attention to how their employees interact with the residents they are bring in...plus watching their employees behavior torward the residents that are placed in their care as well as the discussion they hold among themselves.
