Staff OK but wait times to call button can be long. Management arrogant and unreachable. One star and that is generous. Not for someone you love.
The staff at Crown took care of my uncle with care and compassion during the last several months of his life. Our family is so grateful that he had a clean and calm room and a kind and attentive staff in his final days. The staff works hard and we are beyond grateful.
I was a resident at Crown Park and they treated me with nothing less than respect. I would definitely recommend this Nursing home to anyone that needs it. I miss everyone on 1 south and I send out a great big,WHAT''S UP TOO ALL. Take care.
