had bed bugs in my grandpas bed and then moved him to another room. That is something that needs to be taken care of. i wouldn''t put anyone you love in this place. they don''t take care of you and we should have put him in fort smith.
Cause the administration is always drunk he want fire nobody the Patients are left in the bed not even getting changed because of all the nurses do their jobs they said their desks and do nothing all day expect everybody else to do their job people are staying on the phones and why the patients
It was filthy and even after calling to make sure they were ready for my dad and driving an hr to get there, they didn’t have a bed ready for him. I wouldn’t send my dog to stay there!
I am giving a 2 star only because I think it is fair. My mother has dementia and was visiting (from Texas) my sister and fell and broke her hip. She had to have surgery and this facility was close to my sister. After about 2 weeks they said she was not progressing and was needing to be discharged...

She had to have surgery and this facility was close to my sister. After about 2 weeks they said she was not progressing and was needing to be discharged (may not be exact words re discharge). When we drove there from Tx, we told them to have her ready at 6:00 a.m. she was still sleeping. However the two nurses that helped get her in the SUV were very nice and helpful. My mother definitely did not make ANY PROGRESS AT ALL!!! I was expecting some progress, but she is DEAD WEIGHT!!! I don''t want to say they didn''t feed her since I wasn''t there, but my sister was there three times a day and told them you have to feed her or tell her one more bite. I kinda doubt that happened. How much therapy did they actually give her???? What it looks like to me. Laying in the bed, sitting in a chair/wheelchair is all. From our experience, with a late stage dementia patient ....not a good place.

Just wanted to back up most of the other reviews here about the lack of care at this facility. Patient''s are supposed to be able to come here to recover from surgeries and regain independence? Terrible. Do not send your loved one here.
