I don''t understand why it takes A NURSE to help my mom. My mom has been at this facility for a week. She has to wait for over an hour for some help. I asked the front desk if I take my mom food can it be warmed in the kitchen. I was told. YES! I take her food and her nurse tells her we can''t warm this up. It also took a nurse 3 days to bathe my mom and it was just a quick wipe down. I am looking to see if I can get my mom transferred to a better facility where they care about their patients. Oh, yeah one last thing the food is horrible!!!!

The facility here is so nice and quiet, staff is always so kind and helpful. They have a very young and vibrant team here, so appreciative of all they’ve done for my family. I have been a resident of yours for a long time now. I want to thank all of your management team they are nothing short of a Fantastic support for me. This is the place for people''s Loved ones to send them to. I Promise you they will be taken care of better than any other facility. I have lived there for 10 years. I want to give special thanks to upper management team. They are the best. Our social services directorl Layla, Stephanie my best cna nurse Thank you very much for all the support that you gave me I still haven''t figured out where you get all that energy from. As a geriatric care consultant I work with multiple skilled nursing facilities each month. I wish all of my interactions were as positive as what I have experience with Converty Court, specifically Curtis their executive director. I have called early in the morning and to my surprise I am greeted by Curtis who answers the phone. I am impressed and appreciate that he supports his facility and steps in where needed. Today, I needed to schedule an assessment and gather details about a Physical Therapy session. Curtis handled the situation with utmost professionalism and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. In my experience, the quality of leadership directly impacts the quality of care provided, and Curtis undoubtedly sets a high standard.
