0 stars. This place is ridiculous and something fishy is going on. Beware memory care is basically assisted living, they apparently do not oversee meds well, and it’s hard to transfer to skilled nursing, for some reason. Major communication issues. Some staff were nice and helpful, others horrid. ...

Beware memory care is basically assisted living, they apparently do not oversee meds well, and it’s hard to transfer to skilled nursing, for some reason. Major communication issues. Some staff were nice and helpful, others horrid. The “Director of Nursing” (she introduced self as such) gave lots of misinformation and contradicted the hospice nurse (traumatizing to say the least). No apology for their mistake, just rudeness. And yes, we had leadership involved! Very disappointed that humans could treat each other this way. Some covenant.

My nana went there. We have had some problems but after a meeting it got a little better. More problems arose with the staff taking care of my nana. Not a good memory loss department
Super nice folks we went for a classic car cruise in for the residents the staff was super friendly and the folks there were very appreciative and fun to talk to.
