My mom has been at The Court of Round rock for a few months now. Ashley, and the team at the Court have been so kind to my family and I during this transition for my mom. I found myself so conflicted, because my mom and I are so close and I felt so heartbroken that she was needing more care in this stage of her life. I tried to manage it all, realizing that handling it alone was extremely hard to do. Upon researching for the right place for my mom, I must have looked at 50 different facilities until I found The Court. I met Ashley the Executive Director at The Court of Round rock. She told me something that the other facilities hadn’t. “You can go back to being mom and daughter, we’ll handle the rest.” The Court helped the transition into assisted living, Ashley helped us find a home healthcare to assist with diabetic management, they helped facilitate a team around my mom to set her up for therapy. They have been so unbelievably kind. I am grateful to God for meeting these kind hearted people who genuinely care for our loved ones and provide a safe place with assistance for them to continue to live their lives.

I walked in the door and the Wellness Coordinator asked me who I was there to see. I told her I had an in person interview with the Wellness Director and she asked me if I had an application, I told her I already was interview on the phone and I was there to have an in person interview and I already filled out an application on line and was there for an in person interview with the Wellness Director. She got very rude with me and told me to leave! I spent $25 dollars in gas to get me there and didn''t even get my interview because the rude lady sent me away! In a ride way! She needs to be fired!!! I can''t even imagine the way she treats her clients behind the cameras!! I wouldn''t work there if they paid me all the money in the world!! That is such a bad business!! Those poor clients!!! !!! I drove 56 miles to be asked to leave!!!! Very bad service!!!

I can''t say enough wonderful things about the Court at Round Rock. This community has been here for many years, and it is the best when it comes to an affordable and beautiful community. The food is absolutely amazing with flexible meal times if you should want to sleep in. Every time I walk in the door, the residents have smiles on their faces and laughter is in the air. The longevity of the staff and their dedication to the residents, is simply remarkable. In most communities, the turn over in staff, is usually very high, but not at the Court. It is due to the dedication the Executive Director, Ashley has for her residents and teams. The Wellness team, lead by Alisha and Shellee provide exceptional care in the Assisted Living of the community. But rest assured, Ashley knows all the details and insures all of the residents are happy and taken care of. The entire team advocates for and cares genuinely for each of their residents making sure they are enjoying their lives to the fullest. There are always activities going on in this community, with parties, outings, games and crafts, just to name a few. And the residents enjoy attending and participating in these activities. Take time, to go by and visit this best kept secret of Williamson County. You won''t be disappointed.

I have worked here, in the kitchen, as a server, since August 2023. I enjoy the job. It''s actually quite easy. Chef Holliwud is an awesome person to work for. He works hard, he loves his job and the residents. He is fair and a good time, as long as you are doing your job. They do have a high turnover rate, and I''m not sure why. The job (as a server) is quite easy. It''s not a lot of work and the work that you do have is very simple. The one down side is equipment/supplies is not sufficient for the amount of residents we serve in the dining room. We run low on glasses and utensils regularly, but continue to see new residents come in. The residents do get upset when they have to wait on dishes/utensils to be washed/sanitized before we can serve them. It''s a problem for the staff and the residents and I hope they remedy this soon.
