I was told that if I didn''t like it because they were busy to take relative elsewhere they were not busy just standing around talking so it did no good to report about relative they all seemed very angry and disrespectful

My wife has been in this facility on long term vent care for over 4 years. Very clean facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always hire good people for the job. They check and monitor residents very often. Also they do many extra things for the residents. They work with families for the best care possible. They notify you about any changes or situations. Administration, directors, and staff listen and work for the best outcome for the residents or any concerns. The caregiver to resident relationship is very good. They also make visitors feel welcome. Also this facility has protected all of the residents from the Covid - 19 virus the whole time with not 1 case in facility . Thank You
