DOSE NOT deserve a Star (Had to put one or it would not let me post) This company has several facilities (Country Villa East, Country Villa Pavilion, Country Villa Terrace, and Country Villa Terrace Assisted Living) that work with Registries. These companies have a bad habit of NOT paying their invoices. They ask for so much from the employees that work within Registry but they DO NOT PAY!!!!! It is sad that most employees had worked and are working through this pandemic (Covid-19) and they refuse to pay.

Avoid their residential accommodations!!! Helping my mom bath and dress into clean clothes is a routine. She has Alzheimer''s and we rely on them but, after many conversations, it''s obvious the staff does as they want, when they want. I gi to visit mom and she hasn''t showered and is in stained clothes. I can''t say all the staff is neglecting her health and safety but it only takes one or two to compromise my mother''s well- being. She uses walker and and one of the tennis balls used to ease the movement over the carpet and other surfaces was missing. I noticed it and asked them to repair.. I came back twice in two weeks and nothing has been done. They told me I had to buy tennis balls. It was like pulling teeth! Caregivers watching and elderly woman with severe arthritis and a dislodged hip struggle to get around-- disgusting. There are several more instances to mention but pending legal involvement.

My brother was a resident of Country Villa Terrace on the assisted living side until last November when he required hospitalization. Following his released from the hospital he returned to the nursing and rehabilitation side of the facility where he lived for the last six months. I am happy to be able to leave a positive review. The nursing staff did everything they could to insure he was well taken care of and comfortable. A special thanks goes to Nurse Tiffany Hall who not only performed her duties with exceptional care but also was my "rock". She kept me updated and offered me both compassion and understanding. I am grateful also to Ellen Abad, D.O.N. who helped me with some very difficult decisions

My brother was at Country Villa Terrace for about 9 months recovering from a partial foot amputation. Much about the place was excellent. They got his diabetes under control with diet and oral medication, his foot healed and they got him walking again. He seemed well cared for. So the bottom line is that they got the job done!. There were some frustrations,: e.g., it would take several calls for me to get a return call (I live out of state), the phone system to patient rooms was down for large parts of his stay so reaching him was problematic, I was given conflicting information about my brother''s progress from various parties; they were very slow to submit paperwork and some paperwork/requests got lost, etc. That said, my brother felt well cared for. The individuals working there seemed attentive, competent and good natured. My brother particularly called out the following people for praise: Amanda, Catherine, Happy, MeYoung (nurses) and Neil (front desk). The social worker for the last part of his stay (Nico Hernandez) was responsive, informative and very helpful to us -- I suspect if he had been working there throughout my brother''s stay, things would have gone smoother from my perspective.
