I live next door to this place & it’s a nightmare. 6:30 a.m. Monday & Friday they’re out there with their leaf blowers for hours!!!! Beautiful facility next door; not a peep! Additionally, employees in the parking lot or on break yell & talk all hours of the day. This constant noise with deliveries & trash collection has been happening for years but since I’ve been working from home, clients can hear the noise on calls. If you or loved one can go elsewhere, please do. I also see their employees chain smoking endlessly which is legal but gross & disturbing when delivering personal care. Too bad this place hadn’t been dealt with during the height of COVID although I wish nothing but health. Just need a stop o excessive gardening & deliveries. Handle that stuff around 4:00/5:00 p.m not a.m.

Very nice the first and second visit. The third visit, very rude. They let a family member walk in and go to their relatives room for a visit while we had to stay outside and talk through the door. There was no privacy, always moving to let people in and out. There seemed to be an attitude towards us for some reason. The Administrator stopped to talk to us for approx 30 seconds and told us we needed to talk to the POA (brother) and work things out, “she is a private pay you know.” We did not know what she was talking about. Later we received a call from the other POA (sister) stating the Administrator Called her and was accusing us of trying to have mother sign some papers. Again, we did not know what she was talking about. We did not have papers to sign, but were writing notes, as mother is hard of hearing. We could not understand why the Administrator would be accusing us of something when she barely talked to us. Very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.
