If I could give this nursing home zero stars I would. I had high hopes for this place but I should have seen the red flags when I read the reviews of what was once “cottage grove “ before they changed their name to pine forest . All bad reviews !! I thought surely “new name , new people , new positive ways “ absolutely not . . But of course they will fool you , all smiley faces ..but once you’re locked in you will see their real faces . Nasty attitudes & much more , they’re running off all of their new positive NAIT and CNA’s based on how they treat them . I guess in order to be kept you have to be rude to the elderly, your co staff , & be all about a check. How can you want help , and say that you’re desperately in need of help bc you’re so understaffed but once you receive the help you fail to do what’s necessary to keep your new employees there . . ? But if you seen the way they treat their elderly residents then surely you wouldn’t be surprised how they’ll treat their new workers .. very sad place
