I was VERY impressed with Copper Ridge!!! Between the beautiful facility, well maintained grounds, very clean inside the building and in the room, all of the professional medical equipment they have for the patients, everything was perfect. The staff was a pleasure between the lady at the front desk to the medical staff/caretakers. All were professional, helpful and answered all my questions and all so very nice to talk to. They have a lot of "extras" that other facilities I''ve been in don''t have. For example the coffee/drink bar in the front to all the extra hygiene products they provide. I left feeling confident my grandma was safe and in good hands! The workers seem to actually care instead of just coming to their "job" and I absolutely LOVE that!! I used to work in assisted living so I know what to look for. This place blows the place I used to work for out of the water!! I can''t say enough good things about this facility so far!! My grandma just got here so it was my first time going there and so far so good, actually amazing! So hopefully her whole stay with be good.

My mother arrived yesterday morning. Her head nurse is awesome! He treated my mother as if it was his mother. He did an outstanding job on her and taken care of her. The staff were awesome very quickly getting in and out of the room. Made sure mom was completely comfortable and had everything she needed. I am very satisfied with the service we received. I would highly recommend this place to my friend and family.
