I wanted to commend the rehab department for helping my father achieve his goal of returning home independently after my mother passed away at the hospital. My father was a patient at this facility at the end of 2021. I cannot speak highly enough of this team’s commitment, dedication, and professionalism. They exceeded our expectations and we will be forever grateful for their hard work. The rehab director, Mayri, was in constant communication with us regarding his progress and it made us feel at ease knowing that he was in great hands. She is a beautiful person, inside and out. Venus, Omega, Danielle, and Anetta deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work! Thank you, ladies for all you do! The nursing staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you, Safety Harbor!

My aunt has been at SH for 2 days for rehab after leaving the hospital. My sister has left a message with the Executive Director and Social Worker to call her, still no return call regarding my aunt care since she left the hospital. Also the phone either the receptionist put you on hold never return or they don''t answer!!! You ask the nurse about care she tells you everything is okay. She don''t look in the chart to see what the last nurse wrote. I''m aware some nurses do 12 hrs this nurse said she just came on duty 2 hrs later still waiting for a statement of progress. Janice(Business Office)and Anita(Social Worker)suck all they do is pass the responsibility off to one another. Talk to Anita, talk to Janice instead of property trying to help you!!

My mother had problems breathing and was in this hospital. While she was admitted for over 2 weeks she caught covid-19 from the hospital and had to stay another two weeks, but the nurses forgot to tell us I guess. We had been in there visiting with my 11-year-old daughter hugging and kissing on Grandma but at least we found out overhearing a nurse talk about the other patient in her room could catch covid-19. The doctors and nurses walked in her room and then walked into other patients room like it was nothing, no gloves no washing hands no difference walk in one room with covid walk into a room with no covid. I''m pretty sure covid-19 spreads very easily like they say on the news. How could this even happen? I would expect something like this at a walk-in clinic . Luckily the covid barely bothered her even with her breathing treatments. I wish these people could be held responsible for the ones they have given covidin died. My mother is just lucky she was already receiving breathing treatments. Or they would have killed her. Thank you very much, I hope you get closed down soon.

Human feces on bathroom walls, no hand soap sink was dirty, hole in wall under ac unit floor was sticky and smelled like urine, dresser drawers had crumbs and trash in them. Room had wrappers ...

My mother was placed here Friday night I took her out 15 minutes after arriving. This place was deplorable. Human feces on bathroom walls, no hand soap sink was dirty, hole in wall under ac unit floor was sticky and smelled like urine, dresser drawers had crumbs and trash in them. Room had wrappers on the floor I asked if they had housekeeping and was told they do but they probably didn’t get a chance to clean the room yet. This place is a disgrace and if your loved one is there get them out.
