The conditions at this place are deplorable. I have arranged immediate movement of my mother from this facility . She went there with hospice which I have notified and will be bringing my mother to my home . If you have loved ones please do not let them go to this place . I will be speaking with the state of tennesse health board on Monday morning along with my attorney . They are understaffed and only have 3 people that are new to the job for 50 people . I wouldn’t let these people care for my dog . If I could have left anything lower than one star it would have been minus 100 . hORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!place is NASTY and smells of nothing but urine and feces which your loved ones will be left laying in for hours . Beyond mad and will take action against this place.!!!!!!

Hopefully this facility has gotten better since I had to quit..The patient load was too much. This place had only 3 nurses for the whole facility. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. They didn''t have a treatment nurse nor the equipment needed to treat patient pressure wounds that''s was so sad....
Hopefully this facility has gotten better since I had to quit..The patient load was too much. This place had only 3 nurses for the whole facility. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. They didn''t have a treatment nurse nor the equipment needed to treat patient pressure wounds that''s was so sad. Everyone was overworked and very much underpaid. Not a good facility for your family member the absolutely worse place I''ve ever worked. Hopefully the Crazy Administrator is no longer there.... Employees would fight in the parking lot and still had a job. Administration taking employees money and not paying them for the hours they worked..

This place is like every other place short staff . The CNA’S use the patience cell phones . It’s dirty I have seen two people fall while I was there . If one of the residents ask you for help the staff gets mad at you for helping. My boyfriends feeding tube got pulled out and no one reported it . They have a high turnover rate . The talk down to the patients and be little them . The cleaning crew and cafeteria workers lay out . No clean sheets on numerous occasions. They wouldn’t call during Covid and let you know anything or when they had the tornado. And we didn’t get to visit with him till the last day of his life due to Covid . Which is sad they need to see there loved ones . I would never want to be in a place like this. They take there entire check and don’t get good quality care . It’s a shame are health care is falling. And the good workers which were few , left due to poor management. The onbudsman is a joke young people who could care less .
