It has been a good experience. Our loved one's situation is unique in that he doesn't have a debilitating disease, so his experience is a bit different than most folks who go into a group home. But in terms of the environment and how they treat him, I give them top ratings. He's treated very well, and I have peace of mind knowing that he is safe. They practice good Covid safety protocol - mask wearing at all times, screening questions asked of visitors before they come in, etc. It's always clean. I can go in there at any time and will always find a very clean, orderly environment. They're very respectful and take their job very seriously, including handling and dispensing medications and supplements. The residents all look well taken care of and happy. You never see anybody just parked in a wheelchair in a hallway. It feels like a true group home. The staff are very kind, sweet, caring, gentle people. They bend over backwards to help in any way that they can. I would absolutely recommend them to other families. I'm very comfortable having my loved one there.
