visited the place last month as ive been looking around for a senior facility for my grandma and i can see how this place is a great choice, has a clean facility, and the people are approachable. Great management in total

I had a great experience working at Colonial Manor. The atmosphere was conductive to teamwork, with everyone always ready to assist in filling up shift when needed management was approachable and easy to work with specially regarding scheduling as long as the shift were covered, they were understanding and accommodating one aspect that stood out, was the generosity in offering shift differentials for all positions, which was appreciated by the staff. Additionally, there were no issue with payroll as long as employee, fulfill the responsibility of clocking in and out accurately. This made the work environment not only pleasant, but also recently reassuring for employees. Overall, I would highly recommend Colonial Manor as a workplace due to its positive atmosphere, supportive management, and fair compensation practice.

Management besides the Nurse Overseer (who is the only one who is amazing)is useless. The place is bar...
DO NOT WORK HERE OR BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE… Worked here for 6 years and after the previous admin left this place went to hell so fast. The new admin is the most ignorant person that has ever was. Management besides the Nurse Overseer (who is the only one who is amazing)is useless. The place is barely even cleaned. The staff are lazy and sit on their phones. They barely serve good food. The residents have complained so much about it. State has been called in countless times because of it. Med errors are swept under the rug. Along with hiring staff that bully and threaten other staff members. This place should be shut down permanently. I feel bad for the remaining residents.
