My mother has been here awhile, No staff EVER reaches out to me when she’s hospitalized. She’s had numerous hospital visits and the last few for her leg that desperately needs surgery.. Case worker is doing the absolute minimum when it comes to helping! I just don’t understand how you get into this line of work and have no knowledge or understanding on how to do your job! Now they gave her a 30 day notice to vacant knowing she has no where to go and all because “they can’t accommodate her health needs” which translates to they don’t want to. She’s not the only resident there having problems and once she’s transferred i will be reporting this facility. A law suit will be in progress considering my mother’s leg can be deathly for her.

Mr. Hope was moved here for long term care . I can understand the place may be under staffed however what I don’t understand is the following: Mr. Hope complained that he would be left in a soiled pull up all day & aids would be disrespectful when he asked for help many times . He would be either left in his bed for days or when they did get him up in a wheelchair when he needed to lay down they’d refuse and leave him crying for help. Mr. Hope has been moved closer to his family now however when they packed his belongings (as the family was not given the choice) they kept clothing , his toiletries and the most important thing his DENTURES!!! I have reached out to the case worker Tracy who has not bothered to help resolve this issue! Dentures are not covered under Medicare and are very expensive to replace ! I will be taking action if necessary! The his is down right unacceptable! We knew he’d be moving when I came to visit and he left something in his room I walked back to get and an aid was laying on his bed charging her phone while texting on it ! The dentures need to be found or replaced by the nursing home ! Neglect behavior is not acceptable!

Terrible service, some staff intimidate patients, because family members are locked out of building from 8pm until 8am next morning. Some staff threatens patients/residents and talks to them very disrespectful when family members aren’t there. In cases of emergency, it has been observed that it takes 25 minutes to respond to call notifications by patients. Patients/residents have been observed calling for help 3 hours straight not being attended to. This facility is unsanitary, disgusting, unprofessional, not safe, not attentive enough to residents, very much unacceptable and not fit to be run as the kind of business it is operating as/to be. If you care about your family members, PLEASE!!!! RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. IF NOT, YOU BE DEEPLY REGRET IT. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE OTHER COMPLAINTS, FOR IT IS TRUE. ALSO, I SEE SOME STAFF, EVEN NURSES HAVE COMMENTED ON THE FACILITY BEING A GOOD FACILITY. THEY ARE LIES, AND ARE KISSING UP FOR THE FACILITY. BUT GOD DON’T LIKE UGLY AND HE’S NOT TO FUND OF PRETTY. Also, 2 things YOU DON’T MISTREAT THE ELDERLY, NOR THE YOUNG. AND THIS FACILITY WILL REAP WHAT IS ALLOWING TO HAPPEN, SOONER THAN LATER. I PRAY TO GOD, IN JESUS NAME, THAT HE SOON PUTS A STOP TO WHAT IS HAPPENING THERE IN THAT FACILITY. FOR THE ONES WORKING OVER THERE IS NOT THINKING ABOUT THEIR PARENTS, AND THE FACT THEY THEY WILL GET OLDER ONE DAY, AND CAN BE IN THE SAME SITUATION AS THEIR PATIENTS. FOR IT COULD EVER HAPPEN IN YOUR OWN HOME, WHICH CAN BE WORST. JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT. AND MANAGEMENT, IS’NT ANY BETTER TO NOT CHECK THE FACILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THOSE TYPES OF NEGATIVE PATIENT MAL TREATMENTS AND SORTS THINGS ARE NOT HAPPENING. I’M SENDING THIS MESSAGE FOR EVERY RESIDENT THAT’S IN THAT FACILITY. FOR MY FAMILY TOOK OUR LOVE ONE OUT THE SAME DAY, AFTER OUR OBSERVATIONS. ALSO, I PRAY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE MY REVIEW B4 PEOPLE CAN READ IT. BUT IF SO, I HAVE SCREENSHOT IT, WITH THEIR HEADING FOR REVIEWS.
