I have been here for three weeks now and everything is going well. The staff in general are caring and do their best. It is a safe place and they treat you well and if there are problems they do their best to address your issues to the best of their ability.
Chirag was super helpful exploring the rehab options for my dad. Hats off to him and his team

If I could provide no stars for a review I would. Let me start by not recommending anyone to send their family member to this facility. They are absolutely negligent to their residents and even discharged a family member with the wrong medication!! Which could have been potentially fatal! They did not tend to my diabetic family members ankle wound and it became infected. It was absolute neglect. We all know how dangerous foot wounds are for a diabetic with Neuropathy!! COVID restrictions did not allow us to see her and be able to identify this wound ourselves. It was not until family member was discharged that we found her unattended wound. Not to mention, the incorrect medication that she was discharged with was an antipsychotic medication which could have detrimental effects! Not to mention my family member FELL on their watch and they did not perform a thorough examination! I am absolutely shocked that this facility has had so many slip ups. Not to mention their nurse Romeo is very rude, arrogant and disrespectful not only to family members but to his patients! Their doctor Bassuk, downplayed the entire wound and did not elect to discharge with home health wound care nurse. If you''re looking for a SNF to send your family member to, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!
