Cogir of Manteca Senior Living was very nice. They were very congenial and they provided me with the information that I needed to know. They were very upfront about everything. They showed me how everybody was getting along, and showed me the meals that they had. It was a 1-bedroom apartment that I looked at. They had a studio, but it wasn't available at that time. They had lots of activities. They had field trips, bingo, exercise classes, and movie nights. They also had a library.

I moved into Cogir of Manteca Senior Living. There are a lot of nice people here, and the staff is very friendly. Not every meal is to your taste, but in general, it is very good. I've had only very few meals that I didn't care for. But they are very accommodating. If you don't like the food, they have sandwiches that you can order. There are always activities going on here. We had a new resident meeting this past Wednesday and it was very pleasant. They gave us some snacks and drinks, and it was very good.

The kitchens in their units were a little more complete, and the meal options were nice. The staff who gave the tour were very friendly and informative. They had a selection of studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms. They have a nice common room, they do guided exercises at least once a day, they have a beautiful courtyard out back, and they have men's group meetings, which I thought was kinda nice.

Cogir of Manteca Senior Living was very cozy. I was able to see how the workers interact with the residents there. They're very caring and very considerate. It was a very clean facility and well-kept. They went over the offers, different types of rooms, and different types of services. They were very thorough in their follow-up as well. I was able to tour the dining room area and went over the menu. The selection of food is good. The staff members were very knowledgeable. They have a gathering room where they go and play games or just gather. Their patio is very beautiful. There's a lot of outdoors. They have gardens and a little seating area to sit outside. We toured the room that would have potentially been my grandmother's, which was very cozy. It was kind of tiny because it was a studio, but it would have worked for her because she doesn't need a lot of space. It was very nice, well maintained, and very up-to-date. The cabinetry, flooring, and walls looked very nice.

Cogir of Manteca Senior Living was the first one we've seen and that's the one I liked the most. It felt like it was an apartment complex, so it didn't feel so much like a resident's home, which we liked, because it would make my parents feel more like they were apartments. We met Tina, who was the director, and she was very nice. She was very personable, very compassionate, empathetic, and very informative. The rooms were nice and spacious. They had a full kitchen and they also were able to have families stay the night if they wanted to. Then we could have lunch or dinner there as well. They had a garden for them to do and just a lot of stuff for the family and residents. The outside was nice with all the flowers and plants, and most of them were planted by the residents. The dining area was nice, too. They had a private dining area for families and birthday celebrations and it was set up very nicely. It was cute. They showed us a coffee room where they could play games with books and TVs. If we have a family event, Easter, or birthdays, we could reserve it. I liked that they wanted to have families involved.

Cogir of Manteca Senior Living was my favorite. They were very friendly. The only problem was it's right next to railroad tracks and my father is a light sleeper, but what I liked the most was that the common grounds were bigger and they promoted a more family atmosphere. You could just sign up for a room and you could invite your family over and have get-togethers. They're willing to cater food for the family, which impressed me. It was really, really nice. The person who gave us a tour was very sweet. He actually introduced us to the residents and I got my father talking to one of them. It was a really nice experience. They had a patio area that had a barbecue pit, plus they had spacious lawns that family could play games and stuff on. It was the biggest lawn out of all of them.
