My Mom had been this facility for 11 months. I visit 3 to 4 times each week. There is a CNA who cares for my Mom very well and for this I am happy. The nurses are not friendly and act agitated if I ask questions. I have to ask repeatedly for my Mom’s nails to be clipped. I rarely see her water jug...
My Mom had been this facility for 11 months. I visit 3 to 4 times each week. There is a CNA who cares for my Mom very well and for this I am happy. The nurses are not friendly and act agitated if I ask questions. I have to ask repeatedly for my Mom’s nails to be clipped. I rarely see her water jug filled with water. I fill it each time I am there. I wish communication with me about her care were better. They have a new activities director and I am hoping this one will get my Mom out of her room and help her to be active. I have complained about her room not being cleaned well, but I visited with the cleaning supervisor and it is better.

The night nurses won''t give your pain meds, but they will chart that they did (that means the nurse Sharay(?) is taking the narcotics) If you''re unable to go to the dining room they literally serve you slop, gray oatmeal a quarter slice of toast and a quarter cup of old scrambled eggs. I have lots of photos to prove it. Also, you know they''re really bad when they don''t reviews on their Facebook page. Thankfully my amazing husband and family brought me meals and snacks.

Whatever you do, don''t trust this facility. The only thing they are concerned about is money and appearances. They treat the residents and patient caregivers terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. I had a family member there, what a joke. The owner and administration of the facility at the time my family member was there were not concerned at all with the residents or employees. They did however have several employees that were very professional about their jobs, and truly cared about the residents.
