No one from this facility called me to tell me my brother had fallen out of bed multiple times in the past couple days hurting his head. Had I not called, I would never had known that my brother had only a few days to live. The floor in the room should be mopped daily, especially when your shoes are sticking to the floor. Understaffed and since my brother had swallowing difficulties, and soft foods were on his diet plan, then they need to pay attention.Disappointed.
