Devonshire care center needs to get their central air conditioning working. At the moment, it''s 87 degrees in here and the patients and visitors are very uncomfortable due to the high temperature inside the rooms!

I called Clifton Springs ED and spoke with Demi. I was having abdominal pain and called a couple different ER''s to inquire if the waiting room was full. I did not want to waste my night sitting in a waiting room and not seeing a doctor. I am sure we have all been there. She said, "I can''t tell you that." I asked why. She replied because it could be a lie. I specified that I was questioning right now if there was a full waiting room. She again refused to be of any assistance. I advised I would be filling a complaint. Luckily, I did not receive the same response from other competitors. Terrible experience.
