The environment is beautiful, my co-workers are very caring and considerate, all employees here are CNA certified and work the floor when needed! Our new administrator Frankie Marazza is absolutely wonderful! I have never in my life seen an administrator so involved with her residents and employees, she also has her CNA license and works on the floor as needed! We are working very very hard to get a better reputation and show our residents, family members, staff and community how wonderful of a building Clepper Manor has become!

This is the worst place to take any family member. Please do not do so. My mother was there they never checked on her never came when she needed anything. I had to leave the room to find help for my mother. She had another stroke here and they Did nothing but laughed In her face. Also when visiting ...
This is the worst place to take any family member. Please do not do so. My mother was there they never checked on her never came when she needed anything. I had to leave the room to find help for my mother. She had another stroke here and they Did nothing but laughed In her face. Also when visiting her there were many other people there calling for help and no one ever came to help the poor man. Same with others asking for help and the staff ignored them. They should not be able to help people when they are not even around to do so. My mother told the nurse practitioner that she was nausea, dizzy and seeing sparks of light the nurse laughed and said she was being silly and not making sense. 3 days later my father brought her home and said she was still not feeling right. She went to the doctor and they said that she was having another stroke. So 3 days that she was in this facility she never got the help that she needed. This goes to show that they do not care at all for their patients

This place is terrible the doctor literally told us if we took my great aunt back to this place she would have died that’s terrible she fell and broke ribs and they didn’t even notify the family please do Not send a loved one here whatever you do find somewhere else if you can I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I hope the staffs loved ones receives the same care they give the other people in place it’s terrible.
Read moreI will never recommend this facility to another family member in life. My mom dief in 2013 from neglect of the staff, which lead her to have a stage 4 bed sore untreated from stage 1... I pray that this never happen to anybody else.
