Incompetent and ghetto staff. I would love to know where all of the 5 stars are coming from. The entire building smells like pee because the nursing home residents are told to just pee in their diapers because the staff doesn’t want to do the job they’re being paid for. And good luck trying to get in touch with any admin because you’ll call them 55 times and they won’t call you back until you report them to the state.

Giving it 2 stars to acknowledge the physical, occupational and speech therapy professionals that worked with my mother, and for Lee, the wonderful nurse. My mother stayed at this facility from Nov 16-25th of 2023 after a couple of weeks in the hospital. The physical therapy was great and we saw results right away. The conditions of the place leave much to be desired, the place could definitely use a renovation. My mother fell the first night she was there and no one informed me of this, I only know because she told me and it was confirmed because they switched her to a room closer to the nursing station so they could keep an eye on her. This was also not informed to me, I found out she had been moved to a new room when I called the next day. I remember telling one of the social workers during the discharge process about that incident and she just stared at me. Most of the staff with whom I interacted, with the exception of the therapy team, and a couple of the nurses, was unprofessional. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist acts like she’s bothered by even the slightest question or request for assistance. If your loved one has to spend any amount of time here I suggest you go EVERY single day to check on them. If you are unable to do so, call (they’re hard to reach but be persistent). Just do whatever possible to make sure they know you’re present and involved in the care of your loved one. I must also add that my mom was on the 5th floor which is meant to be for temporary stays, I believe there are other floors in the building, cannot speak for the staff or conditions in those other floors.

Very thankful to have my dad being so well cared for! Thank you for being a great option to nurse him back to health!
I enjoyed spending time with my cousin, Fredrick Hamilton. It seems that he is very well taken care & i enjoy talking to the social worker Ms. Sarah. She is helping him with everything.
