Not sure what to say. Everything is so up and down in this place that I have mixed emotions about the care given and their commitment to care for my Loved one. Compassion and empathy seem to be lacking.

By no means a fancy place but I am so grateful for their services for my dad. I know he''s not always easy to deal with but the staff has always been super communicative of updates regarding him, are compassionate and speak as though they care about him and his comfort. Any of the staff I''ve spoken with have been kind and supportive towards me and of the fact we are not able to visit. I know their job is a hard one, especially during COVID and they have kept a very loving, caring disposition through it all. I''m very glad he''s here and in good hands.
