My Mom is my best friend and I sleep and feel better knowing she is being taken care of by all the folks at Addington. The go above and beyond everyday.

She went crazy on myself who was trying to help her and punished the woman who only wanted to set in her recliners. I had an in-person tour of Addington Place of Shiloh. It was a good tour. I had a chance to tour by myself with one of the counselors. She was very, very helpful. The place was very clean, and there were no bad smells. It looked polished. The staff that we came across as we were touring were very nice. The programs that they explained to us, like physical therapy, and some of the extra things that they did, were very good. The grounds were very nice. The exterior grounds, where the residents can come out and sit, were well kept. The physical therapy and activity rooms were nice. They had a lot of spaces where you could go to meditate or pray. It seemed like a very friendly environment. The residents were very friendly. The pricing was competitive with where my cousin is currently living. It was just a little bit more expensive because they charge you add-ons based on the amount of help that you need, but they kept the pricing down. I did bring my cousin with me, and he seemed to like it based on the location. They showed us a room that was available on the same level as the cafeteria and activity rooms. The dining area is a little smaller than the one that my cousin currently eats in, but it was adequate and seemed clean. The rooms were adequate for what we needed. The studio was adequate but a little bit smaller than what we currently have.
