This place is terrible. They are very neglectful. We asked them many times to shave my uncle, cut his nails so he wouldn''t scratch and cut himself, and make sure he was hydrated, which is so basic to anyone''s health, let alone a 94 year old. They lie. The cna was always grouchy and uncaring. She threw the nurse call button on floor so he could not get it. We took coconut water in and asked them to give him one a day. They did not and lied about it. They never gave him physical therapy properly because they decided right away it wasn''t worth it. Avoid this place if at all possible. Shameful.

My mother has been there for rehab on two occasions after extended illnesses. The staff have always been very caring and diligent.
